 Evan Frisk D.C .
 Dr. Evan Frisk earned his bachelor of science in human biology and his doctorate in chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2005. He has been in practice in Alaska since 2006 and enjoys treating a wide variety of neuromusculoskeletal conditions in patients of all ages.
Dr. Frisk grew up in northern Minnesota where he developed the love for the outdoors, hunting and fishing. Dr. Frisk enjoys spending time with his wife, Dr. Bobbie Frisk, their 6 daughters and  enjoys helping local charities. Dr. Frisk has been actively involved as a member of the Soldotna Rotary Club since 2008. He has also been on the board of the Greater Kenai Soldotna Imagination Library since it was established in 2010.

Heather Mills CBCS , CCA 
Certified Billing and Coding Specialist,  
 Chiropractic Clinical Assistant 
Heather has been working in the medical field since 2009 and has been doing Medical billing since 2013. 
She attended the National Healthcareer Association and earned her  Billing and Coding certificate in 2018. 
Heather became a Certified Chiropractic Clinical Assistant  in June 2020. 
She has lived here on the Kenai Peninsula most of her life and enjoys spending her time with family.
Heather enjoys attending local hockey games, camping , fishing, gardening 
 and being a wife and mom. 

 Mary Doremire.  CCA  
Mary became a Certified Chiropractic clinical Assistant in  June 2022.
Mary has worked in the medical field since 2019. 
She is very enthusiastic, loves to help people and always has a great attitude. 
Mary has lived in Alaska most of her life and enjoys spending time with her daughter, camping, fishing being outside and enjoying the sunshine.

Debra Kvasnikoff LMT

Debra moved back to the Kenai Peninsula summer of 2024 after living in AZ for the past couple of years

she's lived in Alaska since the age of 16 and is excited to get "planted" here again on the Kenai.

 Debra has been practicing Massage Therapy since 2001, and is Licensed and Board Certified in both Alaska & Arizona .

Debra specializes in Myofascial Release , Deep Tissue, Swedish, Cupping, and Assisted Stretching techniques that she incorporates into her massage treatments...

Debra originally trained in Anchorage at the accredited Alaska Learning Institute .

10 years later in 2011, she attended 12 weeks of training at the Cruise Line Academy in London and then ventured on to work onboard the Princess Cruise Ship "Sea Princess" with their main port being Sydney, Australia & New Zealand. 

They  traveled all over SE Asia, throughout the Indian Ocean, South Pacific Islands up through Hawaiian islands & North Pacific ocean to San Francisco on up to Victoria, Canada & South East Alaska back and forth to San Francisco being the return port.... 

In Debra's spare time she likes to hang out with her 6- Grand Kiddos, travel, do gardening, prepare healthy foods, work on being physically fit, take walks on the beach, can & smoke fish, fishing, hunting, she loves the Fall time in Alaska, and enjoys  watching live sports & entertainment. 

Debra is very excited to work with the "crew" here and is  looking forward to assisting you with your health care concerns through her Massage Therapy sessions here at Peninsula Health Center
